Who we are
My name is Alexander Kuhn, owner and founder of Ignition Sales Co. I believe that sales is supposed to be a lot of fun; and a little bit fierce. Styles evolve, new generations of buyers enter the industry, and the best salespeople adapt. Much like comedy, what worked 30 years ago, 10 years ago, 5 years ago, will not land today. That is what makes sales exciting and, for many people, difficult.
With over 20 years of sales experience from general calls to leading national distribution networks and completing my MBA, I have lived through the evolution of salesmanship firsthand. Along the way, I found my greatest success was not just in closing deals, but in coaching others to do the same.
Ignition Sales was born out of a passion to help. After training a new team towards success at my latest employed sales position and using upward leading techniques to coach my own supervisors, I realized my true calling was not just selling, it was structuring full scale sales departments. Now, I bring that energy, insight, and hands-on coaching to companies like yours that are ready to reignite their teams in need of a boost; or spark new teams into action.
