Iron Foundry, PA

An old friend of mine became the new CEO of an Iron Foundry in Pennsylvania. His sales department, grandfathered in from the previous CEO, had completely stalled due to the goals of their former leader. He chose to go on the defensive, pulled everything in like a turtle in it’s shell, and focused only on the business that remained. No outreach to lost business, no prospecting for new customers, no forward momentum at all.

So after some conversation, the new CEO put me personally on the front line. With the help from his current team, I was able to close $$$ in new sales between May and July of 2025.Not only did the revenue come in, but the engines in the existing sales department started churning again, just like old times. Outreach and prospecting became popular and fun. Sometimes it just takes a little competition to put the fuel back in the tank.
